Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days across the UK. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We may expand our shipping locations in the future.
What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Due to hygiene and legal restrictions, opened vape, alcohol, and cigarette products cannot be returned.
